Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
By accessing, browsing, or using the 2099 platform, you legally agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and the 2099 platform. The platform is operated exclusively for adults. Persons under 18 years old are not allowed to register or use the platform.
- These terms apply to both the 2099.mx website and its mobile app.
- 2099 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Registration & Account
- Each user is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may lead to account closure.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure.
- Keeping your account password and login details fully confidential is the user’s responsibility. Sharing with third parties is prohibited.
Account Suspension and Closure
- In cases of breach of terms, fraudulent activities, or other irregular conduct, 2099 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account immediately.
- If there is a balance in the account before closure, refunds may be issued subject to investigation.
- Users may request to close their accounts at any time.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
It is every user’s responsibility to use the 2099 platform fairly and legally. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to manipulate accounts or acquire bonuses through fraudulent means.
- Using automated software, bots, or any other technical methods to gain an advantage on the platform.
- Attempting to access another user’s account or trying to compromise the platform’s security measures.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
- Improper or abusive behavior towards other users.
Engaging in any prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure along with possible legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Liability
Payment and Transaction Policies
All financial transactions on 2099 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set according to the payment method. See the payments section for details.
- You must meet the specified betting requirements before withdrawing any bonus funds. Withdrawal is not possible without fulfilling these conditions.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, 2099 reserves the right to suspend any payment process and verify the account.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the specified time. Delays may occur during system maintenance.
Liability
2099 is not responsible for winnings or losses. The platform bears no liability for damages caused by technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or other uncontrollable factors. Users place bets at their own discretion and assume full financial responsibility.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content, logos, designs, software, and brand materials on the 2099 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 2099. Copying, distributing, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited. Violating these terms may result in legal action.
